As an Inside Sales Professional, you will join our ambitious BeLux Sales Team. You will be responsible for a predetermined customer group in both Belgium and Luxembourg and you will focus on positioning Commercial with the right target groups. You see every lead as an opportunity to provide our customers with sustainable daylight and ventilation solutions and you are able to handle your leads successfully.
In this role, you will report to the Sales Manager for BeLux, and you will be based at our office in Wavre.
Your main tasks include:
· Active participation in sustainable market development for the Commercial business area in Belgium
· Lead management based on information from various (construction) databases
· Customer support including documentation in the CRM system (C4C)
· Quotation calculation and product configuration in Microsoft Dynamics Navision
· Processing of tenders
· Close cooperation with the sales force and the technical department
You work effectively both on your own and with colleagues to achieve company targets and goals. You see opportunities and solutions where others may see problems. You are change-oriented and see the benefit in doing things differently to achieve goals.
In addition, we expect that you:
· Have a bachelor’s degree and several years of experience in internal sales, relevant know-how in technical project business, ideally in the construction industry is an advantage
· Have the ability to work with predefined objectives and measures ensuring accountability and meeting goals
· Are familiar with Microsoft Office and have experience with CRM systems
· Bilingual French and Dutch and you master the English language
· Have an affinity for technical products
· Have very good communication skills and high customer orientation as well as social skills and flexibility
· Are result-oriented and have proactive attitude - You like to take the initiative
· Are independent, analytical and conceptual way of working
· Have a team player mentality
