Offre d'emploi : Finance Director (M/F/X)

For our client, we are looking for a Finance Director (m/f/x).

Our client is a fast growing SME in Liege Regio, active in technical sector.

As Finance Director, your responsibilities include :

• Set-up the financial function and the financial reporting across 3 international business units
• Manage and drive all financial, reporting, consolidation, accounting, cash and tax activities of the company
• Implement operational reporting and KPIs and automate the process (through an ERP deployment)
• Calculate/provide the management team and the Board with operational finance metrics, insights and tools to help drive business performance on a monthly basis (e.g. stocks management, profitability analysis per product / business units, etc.), develop a management accounting system over time
• Provide support to Sales for Export contracts structuring and sales reporting
• Be the "sounding board" for the CEO and for the management team to design and execute our client's ambitious growth strategy
• Assist / drive future M&A execution (screening, valuation, due diligences, contractual negotiations)
• Report to the CEO and interface with the Board of Directors when needed

Your qualifications:

• Master's degree (Economics, Finance, Business Administration, etc.)
• Min. 10 years of experience in financial reporting and management, gained either in an industrial company or with a VC/PE (start-ups/SME focused), in international matters such as consolidating foreign entities and in dealing with M&A process and in ERP implementation
• Fluent in English and French
• Sound business acumen, ability to be tactical and strategic
• Entrepreneurial, SME minded, willing to have a big impact on a small, but fast-growing company
• Self-starter and autonomous, used to work transversally. You will constantly interact with the entire team, and will be expected to generate value and share insight to/for each department
• Demonstrated ability to integrate seamlessly in an established team, driving change aggressively but diplomatically
• High set of values, ethics and intellectual honesty
