The company is well-known in the fashion and cosmetics industries. With Their collective passion for elegance and innovation makes this company a real leader in their field. They are in Brussels and looking for a Business Analyst CRM to extend their marketing team.


As a Business Analyst CRM you will adapt the regional strategy to local consumers' needs, work hands-on with our CRM platform to build consumer journeys, and be the driver of CRM excellence in Affiliate.

Implementation of CRM Strategy for the brands

  • Assess local fit with regional guidelines, working closely with brand and online teams
  • Oversee Trigger campaign strategy and roll-out
  • Adapt and build local consumer journeys
  • Feel comfortable making basic edits on email HTML
  • Defining and building customer target/segment
  • Create templates for ad-hoc campaigns as needed

Become the internal expert on CRM Platform

  • Analyze CRM dashboards and other reports to identify trends and opportunities
  • Drive tests, share insights across brands to increase the speed of learning, and transform insights into action
  • Lead data acquisition and retention strategy
  • Optimize CRM channel mix and adapt based on commercial objectives and consumer journey
  • Act as a link between key stakeholders- regional and local brand teams, regional CRM teams, online teams, creative agencies
  • Advise on CRM strategy and best practices to other teams in the Affiliate
  • Ensure GDPR compliance with consumer requests
  • Advocate for omnichannel, consumer-centric approach


The Business Analyst CRM will have the following profile:

  • Excellent level of English, ideally with some ability in French and/or Dutch
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of operational experience with CRM platforms (ideally Braze)
  • Able to juggle different projects at the same time
  • Team spirit and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Curious and enjoy analytics
  • Able to both think strategically and happy to be involved in the day-to-day operations
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously
