Description

As a Logistics Specialist your role is to ensures business continuity of the logistics information flow by monitoring, maintaining and controlling multiple aspects in the logistics administration.

• You'll coordinate information on inbound shipments and ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
• You are responsible for operational track & trace compliance and supporting process development in departmental and warehouse process flows.
• You'll have ownership of the stock control file providing an overview of the inventories. Daily updating of stock levels and productions, weekly updating of actuals. Execute weekly stock alignments, flag and investigate irregularities.
• You'll be responsible for portfolio material data, pricing setup and reporting and maintaining an accurate portfolio for internal and external stakeholders, timely request of pricing setup for SKU's as well as ownership of internal performance reports.
• You'll improve different processes by actively developing and applying new tools to support continuous improvements and digitalization with internal and external stakeholders. This requires understanding and integrating the latest available toolsets into practice in collaboration with local teams and global support teams.

Profile

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist that :

• has a Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade, ...
• has a little work experience in logistics with strong IT literacy
• is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• can work easily with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
