The marketing and BD Coordinator will have an important role in the development and implementation of the business development strategy and will support "dedicated" legal practices.

Our client, a German Law Firm located in Brussels will welcome you in a no-nonsense team of 7 people where good spirit, collegiality and open communication rule. You will collaborate with a team of 1 Events Manager, 2 (Senior) Marketing & BD Coordinators, 1 Brand & Web Manager, 1 Legal Designer, and 1 Marketing and Business Development Director/

Description

Alongside the Marketing, Business Development and Communication team, in close coordination with and for your dedicated legal practices, you will:

- Act as the first point of contact for all business development-related inquiries;

- Manage and contribute to practice-related pitches and panels;

- Support activities aimed at targeting potential clients or further developing existing clients;

- Raise the profile of the dedicated legal practices and their lawyers via internal & external communications;

- Compile directory and awards submissions;

- Support the planning, program creation, and execution of events with the support of events management

Profile

The successful candidate:

- Speaks fluently French + Dutch and has a good knowledge of English

- A comparable experience in the industry of services, law firm, preferably in a professional services environment

- Good knowledge of information technology tools

- Good writing skills

- Excellent spelling

- Strong sense of document layout

- Basic knowledge of Law is a plus

- Interest in political and economic news

- Good sense of organization and prioritization

- Autonomous, eye for aesthetics, smart

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good interpersonal skills and outgoing personality

- Rigorous, organized, and structured

- Commercial and service-minded
