As a Recruitment Assistant you help the Recruitment Specialist to organise the interview with the candidate and the business. You manage the agenda. You also participate to some events.

The company is a big consultancy company located in Ixelles.
Description
The main responsibilities:
- Provide scheduling assistance in order to set up interviews, meetings, trainings and calls between the candidates and the staff
- Occasional assistance for other recruiting administrative tasks (recruiting events, badges, printing documents, etc.
- Agenda Management
- Direct contact with candidate to organise the interview, meetings
Profile
The candidate we are looking for:
- Ideally a first experience in an administrative function
- English is the working language so very good level required + French or Dutch
- Available as soon as possible
- Positive, 'can do' attitude, who loves scheduling, works quickly and meticulously and has a fine eye for detail.
