You will work as a senior consultant within the Artificial Intelligence & Data (AI&D) portfolio, Managed Analytics offering. We are looking for a AI Platform system engineer / architect to enhance our dynamic and highly skilled team of system admins, devops and platform architects. You share our passion for data and innovation and will help tackle our clients’ complex challenges in industrialization of AI:

•    You engage in client discussions to assess and capture their AI needs and are able to translate those needs in data platform & solutions architectures and recommendations;
•    You are able to translate architectures and strategy into a hands-on approach and project plan;
•    You continuously research data solution innovations and market trends to offer our clients the state-of-the-art advice;
•    You design and create bold and innovative Data&AI solutions;
•    You work from a holistic perspective:  you consider all aspects of data solutions and platforms: data tools, data processing, security, operations, infrastructure and cloud, logging and monitoring;
•    You develop good relationships with client stakeholders and guide them in their transformation process;
•    You support client bids and proposals with your expertise;
•    You will grow towards enterprise solution architecture and creating market offerings based on your broad and general vision in the domain of industrialization of AI, rather then further deepening your knowledge in only one of the sub topics.
 

Let’s talk about you

•    You are able to bridge the gap between business and IT, between function and technology, and can adequately translate your expertise to a wide array of stakeholders;

•    Obtained a degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another technical related field of expertise;

•    5-10 years of experience as sys admin, architect, L3 operator, and/or devops guru;

•    In-depth understanding of Analytics, AI, ML and Big Data technology;

•    Experience in solution architecture, system engineering, software engineering;

•    Experience with one or more public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud);

•    Experience with Devops and CI/CD;

•    Good understanding of  operations and IT service management (ITIL);

•    Experience in working with containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes / OpenShift);

•    Team player, able to efficiently communicate to both a technical and business audience;

•    Intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills;

•    Open to work in an international environment;

•    Fluent in English. Dutch or French are a plus.
