As a Client Service Specialist, you will have to ensure the order process from encoding to delivery. You will be in charge of your own client portfolio and in contact with all departments of the company.

Your main tasks as a Client Service Specialist will be to :

• Support Business Development by organising and prioritising your work,
• Provide an excellent service to your customers,
• Work closely with and support all the supply chain departments within the company,
• Provide support for colleagues whenever needed

Profile

The successful candidate must have :

• High level of spoken/written English,
• 2 years experience minimum in Customer Service,
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise,
• Efficiency in fast paced environment,
• Diplomacy and developed interpersonal skills,
• Competencies using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
