As Administrative Compliance Assistant, you will have a secretarial, legal and coordinating role in supporting the Relationship Manager(s).

Client Details

Our client, a financial service located in Brussels, is currently looking for a FR/EN or DU/EN Administrative Compliance Assistant to strengthen their team.


As an FR/EN or DU/EN Administrative Compliance Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing all documentation for onboarding, in line with Belgian AML legislation.
  • Following the Client/Client Entity Onboarding procedure and ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Being the first point of contact for client onboarding.

You can be seconded to the premises of our clients to work temporary in their AML compliance team.


As a FR/EN or DU/EN Administrative Compliance Assistant, you have the following profile:

  • Education: A Bachelor in Law (Rechtspraktijk/Graduat en sciences juridiques) or a Bachelor in Office Management (Executive Assistant);
  • A professional experience in an AML/compliance department is an asset;
  • In-depth knowledge, or interest to gain in-depth knowledge, in laws, regulations and procedures, in particular AML legislation;
  • Pragmatic but critical approach, discrete and attention to detail;
  • You speak and write fluently French and English or Dutch and English;
  • You have a good knowledge of MS-Office applications.
