An exciting opportunity for a strong administrator with an interest in HR, to join a global organisation, based in Brussels. You will gain training and development in this key part of the business.

Client Details

Our client is a well-known company located in the center of Brussels and Ghent.

Description

As a HR Administrator, you will :


*Daily upkeep of the core HR systems including input of new employees, leavers and actions associated with transfers and changes
*Preparation and issue offer letters, contracts of employment, promotions and all other relative ongoing correspondence betweenHR and employee (including references, mortgages and employment enquiries).
*Maintain employee files with updated relevant information
*Assist HR colleagues with assigned projects and duties when required
*Input holiday calculations into Edays absence system
*Assist employees with any HR related queries
*Create and follow up of the necessary purchase orders and invoices
Other duties include On-boarding, Off-boarding, Reporting, Payroll and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Profile

*Essential language skills: Must be fluent in English and Dutch
*Excellent collaboration skills
*Genuine interest in working within HR, with previous experience of working in a HR environment preferable but not essential
*Takes ownership of their personal development and seeks new challenges and responsibilities

*Quickly builds rapport with stakeholders and can effectively read situations that require escalation or a considered approach
*Proactively evaluates current processes or approach to daily work to seek new improved ways of working
*Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
*Able to work under pressure and still maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
*High level of communication
*Able to understand, articulate and present relative information to a variety of audiences
*Process minded with excellent attention to detail to ensure the logistics of our process runs smoothly
