Client Details
We are looking for German speaking Customer Service Representative for our client who is active in the Maritime sector
Description
- handle customers orders and complaints
Cooperate with the sales team and supply chain team
Follow orders from A-Z
- Enter data in SAP
Manage the daily customer relationship (letters, telephone contacts, transmission of documents)
Analyse customer requests, transcribe and share them according to internal procedures cooperate with the sales team
- Support technical questions from clients (product specifications,...)
Profile
- Mother tongue: German, fluent in Dutch ,French and Dutch
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Eager to learn
- Take initiative & be flexible
- Team player and open minded
