Executive Administrative Assistant for a well-known Retail company located in Etterbeek
Well-known company active in the retail (fashion) sector. They are located in Etterbeek in Brussels.

You will assist the Executive Assistant currently in place and act as the Administrative Assistant for this Executive Assistant.
This person reports to a C-level, you will learn a lot from her and you will have to deliver the following tasks :
- Travel arrangements : You will have to organise in details all the business trips of the CEO (hotel booking, VISA creation, planning of the day, flight/train tickets booking, contact external & internal stakeholders, ...)
- Meeting organisation : You will have to organise important meetings such as Board meetings from A to Z : meeting rooms booking, catering, draft reports, take minutes, follow-up action plan with the C-levels, ...
- Mailbox management : You will have to draft and send emails to different stakeholders, or transfer to the adequate contact person.
- PowerPoint presentations : You will have to create impactful PowerPoint presentation about Sales figures, Strategic plans, Action plans, ... that will be used during Board & Management meetings.
- Bachelor Degree of Executive Assistant, Office Management or Administration
- Or a proven work experience in a similar role as Executive or Administrative Assistant
- Having only internship(s) experience is acceptable
- Excellent written & spoken level of French and English. Any additional language is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially with PowerPoint.
- Eye for details and organised.
- Excellent communication and presentation.
