A-mansia is a Belgian based biotech company that’s aiming to become one of the leading microbiome based health companies, addressing human health issues such as obesity and related disorders. The A-Mansia team has developed innovative and effective solutions based on the key role Akkermansia muciniphila plays in intestinal barrier function and metabolic health. 

A-Mansia is getting prepared to launch its first dietary supplement in second half of this year.

To strengthen the team in Mont-Saint-Guibert, we’re looking for an (m/f): Administration & Office Manager.



As an Administration & Office Manager, you have a central supporting role towards the team, its projects, and the company for all administrative, payroll and office management aspects. 

Your main responsibilities are the following:

Office management: 

  • Management and follow-up of office and laboratory supplies.
  • Management of a pleasant and efficient work environment. Overseeing office infrastructure maintenance, protection and development. 
  • First point of contact with external world when it comes to general inquiries. 
  • Organization of meetings, events, appointments, or travels.

HR administrative management: 

  • Administration and follow-up of payroll, salaries and HR budget.
  • Administrative management of various benefits: health and group insurance, company cars, meal vouchers, etc.
  • Single point of contact with the social office
  • Manage timesheets implementation and effectiveness for grants reporting

Finance and legal aspects: 

  • Oversees expenses notes and credit card expenses
  • Preparation of payments and follow-up of payment authorizations
  • Organize signature and archiving of contracts and other relevant documents



  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
  • You have at least 3 years of successful experience in a comparable position.
  • You are result-oriented, autonomous and proactive.
  • You have a supporting mindset and enjoy interacting with colleagues. 
  • You thrive in a team support role.
  • You enjoy working on many different areas
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset
  • You plan and organize your work and priorities.
  • You have good communication skills, fluent in French & English. 
  • You are comfortable with IT tools (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook, ERP…).
