As a Junior General Ledger, you will be responsible for the entire accounting process (A-Z).

Client Details

One of the leaders in the environmental services (energy, water, and waste sector)

Description

  • Handle the general ledger accounting (fixed assets, salaries, provisions);

  • Collaborate with the Business Controlling department;

  • Prepare the month end closing and reporting in both local GAAP and IFRS;

  • Key contact person for audit;

  • Preparation of statutory accounts;

  • Interco reconciliations;

  • Preparation of VAT and tax returns.





Profile

  • Master/bachelor in Accounting;

  • Experience in a similar position;

  • Good knowledge of BE GAAP, understanding of IFRS GAAP is a plus;

  • Tax knowledge (VAT and Corporate tax);

  • Previous experience of using SAP is a plus;

  • Strong organisational skills, autonomous, flexible, effective communicator proactive, curious and hard worker;

  • Team player.

  • Language : FR, knowledge of Dutch and English is an advantage

  • Full time position (homeworking policy)
