For one of our clients, an international company leader in the management consulting industry, we are looking for a Finance Expert who will grow in the Finance & Payroll Manager position within 1,5 years.

Their offices are located in Brussels.

Description

The Finance Expert is a Financial & Business Controller with strong Accounting knowledge and who will be able to grow on a Finance Manager position in the coming 1,5 year.

He / she will enter in a Controlling function with as main responsibilities :

• Providing a financial advisory to the Partners;
• Overseeing multiple finance projects and initiatives;
• Being in charge of the budgets & forecast and performing variances analyses;
• Managing the monthly reporting activities;
• Building accurate reporting based on large & complex databases;
• Developing financial strategies and making recommendations to de management;
• Supporting all kind of financial questions through ad-hoc activities.

The person will strengthen its Accounting knowledge to grow to the Finance Manager position and enhance his / her scope to :

• People management ;
• FP&A management ;
• General Accounting supervision ;
• Tax (local & international) as well as transferee Tax supervision ;
• Payroll management ;
• Project lead & process optimization ;
• Partnering for the different departments.

Profile

The ideal Finance Expert will meet the following criteria:

• Holding a Master's Degree in Finance / Business / Economics;
• Having a minimum of 5 years of Finance experience (Financial Analysis / Business Controlling / Corporate Reporting ) in an international service company. Experience in a Management Consulting company is a plus;
• Being fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and / or French;
• Having a perfect command of Excel;
• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI are considered as a plus;
• Being analytical, structured and IT minded;
• Being dynamic, loving challenges and wanting to evolve in a fast-growing company;
• Being able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
