As Customer Success Advisor you'll be responsible for leading client engagement.

You will work with clients, the company & 3rd party resources to help clients implement & deploy the solutions.

They bring a tailor-made approach to develop the right solution for each customer, allowing them to drive their business forward.

The company is evolving & growing a lot - they are looking for an experienced Customer Success Advisor to strengthen their team.


As Customer Success Advisor your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Collaborate with international strategic clients (large & global companies)
  • Closely work with various stakeholders (client leaders, internal & external experts) to create a strategy for commercial performance improvement aligned with the Client's business strategy
  • Define ROI metrics to track commercial performance improvement strategy
  • Manage business reviews with clients
  • Closely work with the account team to build & manage the Strategic Account Plan
  • Evaluate & interpret results from various sources (assessments, online learning scores, workshop feedback, etc)
  • Provide optimization recommendations to clients based on commercial performance improvement monitoring
  • Provide best practices & support in driving behavior change that will help clients to get the most out of their commercial performance initiative


The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Relevant experience in Customer Success, preferably in the Business services sector
  • Ability to manage projects & changes
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication & influencing skills
  • Ability to take initiatives
  • Ability to work & travel internationally (up to 25%)
  • Team-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solver & well organized
  • Self-motivated & reliable to be accountable for outcomes
