Description

As Sales Assistant you will have following responsibilities:

You assist the Account Managers: you help them prepare meetings and provide them sales figures and reportings
You interact with clients: you give them commercial information, you follow up orders and deliveries, you follow up payments, you manage complaints if necessary
You create orders and sales projects
You send clients collaboration and price offers and follow these up
You create product cards with detailed information
You follow up the production planning

Profile

As Sales Assistant you have following experience:

You have a Bachelor / Master degree
You speak French and English fluently - Dutch and German are a big asset
You have a first successful sales support experience
You have strong communication skills and drive but you are also organized and analytical
You are pragmatic and meticulous
You love working for a sales team
