You will be trained to takeover and keep on developing your portfolio of BtoB clients from your region in a growing company with a great culture, a human centred mindset and a strong team spirit.

Our client is a leader in the advertising industry worldwide and working with all sectors - FMCG, Real Estate, IT, Health-care, etc. They offer many types of doing advertisement to their clients so they can communicate to their own customers with creativity and innovation: street marketing set up, digital board, large display, etc. always offering a super qualitative service.

Being a growing and modern business, they also seek to have the best teams internally and make them enjoy their work and environment. Today counting around 200 people on the outskirts of Brussels, they are searching for that autonomous, passionate, sales person to help them grow even more and strengthen the existing links.


As Field Account Manager, you'll be working 3 days on the field and 2 at home/the office with the focus to split your time between the existing clients (understand their need, advise them regarding their visual advertising strategy, develop pricing offer, follow up), and identify and go for new opportunities (build a long term partnership from scratch).

You will be working with business from all sectors as advertisement can be used by all, with local businesses as well as bigger accounts in your region.


  • You are Dutch native speaker living in the area of Oost Vlaanderen
  • You have working (ideally sales BtoB) experience
  • You are eager to learn and sell a service
  • You are commercial, solution minded, autonomous, passionate and a team player
  • You hold a degree in a relevant field.
