Our client is a pioneer in the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. He aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.
Job Description
High Level Responsibilities Support Customer Services within Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
- ull; Assist Customers with any request
- ull; Monitor sales orders processing, work with customers and sales teams in the event of issues or discrepancies
- ull; Monitor sales conditions and agreement and keep library up to date
- ull; Monitor Consignment stock accounts and handle discrepancies investigations and resolutions
- ull; Receipt orders and create invoices on EDI platforms
- ull; Monitor invoice requirements and coordinate invoice corrections
- ull; Support finance with credit collection, invoice disputes and communication to customers
- ull; Manage new customer set up and maintain customer data across systems
- ull; Report customer feedback and complaints to appropriate departments
- ull; Support product returns to manufacturing site and coordinate product replacement
- ull; Coordinate communication and requests to OUS teams and 3PL
- ull; Work closely with US counterpart, finance, sales, marketing, quality, regulatory and operations teams as needed
- ull; Support any project or task required by the line manager
- ull; Ensure general administrative duties are met
Job Requirements
Requirements;
- ull; Strong verbal and written communication skills to support customer service providers, customers and sales/clinical representatives over phone and email
- ull; Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- ull; Bachelors degree or equivalent
- ull; 1+ years experience in the Customer Services or Sales support equivalent functions
- ull; Speaks/writes/reads English, French fluently, knowledge of Spanish, Italian, German or Dutch is a plus

Salary and Benefits
Offer:
Our client offers you a fixed contract after a successful interim period. Your salary will be defined on the basis of your experience and will be accompanied by meal vouchers and other extra-legal benefits when the fixed contract is signed. You work in a 40h/week regime generating 12 days of compensatory leave with 4 days of teleworking out of 5.
