The Luxembourgish company is looking to hire a Lead Accounting Coordinator to successfully handle the core accounting activities over the group entities.

Description
As part of the Group activities, the Lead Accounting Coordinator manages teams in different countries and support internal stakeholders such as the business and IT divisions.
The main responsibilities include:
- The management of the team located in the shared service center as well as the coordination with worldwide intermediaries
- The coordination of local projects from a Group perspective
- The monitoring and translation of local activities into Group opportunities
- The participation to transversal reconciliation and improvement processes
- The opportunity to participate in M&A activities
- The definition of local and Group control activities
- The provision of accounting guidance and the maintenance of accurate strategic tooling
Profile
The Lead Accounting Coordinator has the opportunity to become a real trusted partner throughout the whole business and act as a real leader.
- Master's degree in Finance / Economics / Business Engineering - or equivalent
- Min 7 years of relevant experience - ideally with an audit experience
- Excellent accounting education and understanding
- Excellent command of English, French is a plus
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Hands on and proactive
- Ability to manage different projects and to manage different teams simultaneously
