Description

we are aligning our internal processes and defining the future ways of working. Our most important ongoing project is the launch of the ERP system SAP S4/HANA.

For the SAP project, we are assisted by SAP implementation consultants. We need to provide them information about our company, what we need, how we work, …

We are looking for a person to support our Supply Chain manager in this project and with his daily tasks to make this project a success.

Your tasks would include:

• Answer to questions from our SAP implementation consultants, under supervision of our Supply Chain manager
• Make reports based on excel data and from the current ERP system (JD Edwards)
• Support the Supply Chain manager on daily supply chain tasks (reporting in excel, analyzing data, follow-up of KPIs, administration,…)

Profile

• A first experience (including internship) in Supply chain is definitely a plus. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Understanding of supply chain and terminology
• Excellent excel skills
• Analytical
• Proactive and autonomous
• Previous supply chain experience are assets
• French and English working proficiency are required. Dutch is an asset
