Our client, located in Brussels, is active in the B2B service industry.

They are looking for a CRM Project Manager to strengthen the Data Analytics & CRM team.

Description

As CRM Project Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

• Follow & ensure the good transition process from Pivotal CRM to Salesforce
• Closely work with both sales & marketing teams to collect business needs & requirements
• Closely work with IT Project Managers to ensure the good development of the tool
• Implement processes
• Ensure the quality of the tool by doing maintenance/cleaning/update works
• Bring support to users in problems-solving
• Create & manage campaigns & ensure the coordination with Marketing Automation
• Manage & update templates
• Create & maintain dashboards for both Sales & Marketing teams
• Manage training for newcomers

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

• Experience in both Aptean Pivotal CRM & Salesforce
• Specific certifications such as Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator
• Fluent in French
• Ability to handle SQL Programming language
• Pro-active & reactive mindset
• Real problem-solver
• Well-structured & attention to details
