As a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator you're responsible to process each sale in the most efficient and effective way, and supports the stake holders to do the same.
The most important stake holders are the sourcing, pre sales, the suppliers, logistics and fulfilment, accounting and
customer care.
In his/ her role the Junior Supply Chain Coordinator acts as a single point of contact for mentioned stake holders.

As a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator you're responsible to process each sale in the most efficient and effective way, and supports the stake holders to do the same.
The most important stake holders are the sourcing, pre sales, the suppliers, logistics and fulfilment, accounting and
customer care.
In his/ her role the Junior Supply Chain Coordinator acts as a single point of contact for mentioned stake holders.
Tasks:
- Sales acceptance
- Confirmation Estimated Supplier Delivery Date
- Confirmation delivery conditions, and communication to the logistics planning team.
- Provide logistics info to pre-sales
- Supplier Order placement
- Confirmation delivery date
- Delivery follow up
- Financial follow up
During this process he/ she strives to use the documents and ICT tools in the most qualitative way.
The Junior Supply Chain Coordinator takes initiative and makes suggestions to further improve department processes.
Profile
We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain coordinator that :
- Has a Bachelor in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Administration/International trade
- Can speak fluently French and English
- Is organizes, has strong communication skills and negotiator
- Is stress resistant, analytical and a real teamplayer
