As a quality supervisor you will leading and coordinate QC activities and manage the QC team in order to ensure that the products meet the requirements.

My client, an international company based in Zaventem is active in the industrial sector.

Description

As a Quality Supervisor :

• You manage all qualification aspects of the QC team
• You assist the internal and external auditors
• You implement the corrective action plans in case of non-conformity
• You report possible risks to the hierarchy
• You respect the HSE procedures and instructions
• You identify non-conformity and deal with them
• You manage a team of 15 people

Profile

As a Quality Supervisor :

• You hold a bachelor/master in mechanics or electromechanics
• You have at least 3 years of work-experience in a quality-related position
• Experience in people management is considered as a plus
• You are able to transfer knowledge to colleagues and to train others
• You are a good communicator & team-player
• You speak English + French AND/OR Dutch and have at least a good knowledge in the other language
