Key Result Areas and Competencies :

1.IT knowledge (Essential IT skills) :

•Basic Network Understanding (TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, ADSL, FIBER, etc.)

•AdminTools (AD, DOMAIN, DHCP, DNS, Print Management)

•Basic MS SQL and Oracle querying skills

•Good understanding of MS apps including Office 365

•Good understanding of MS OS (Windows server 2008/2012R2/2016/2019)

Assets (Non-essential Software Skills) :

•Citrix XEN7/XenApp/Receiver and vSphere

•SQL Server and Oracle SP and SSRS

•Cisco devices – troubleshooting & configuration

•CMD and Powershell

•MS Exchange, SCCM, SCOM

•SharePoint

2.Hardware :

•Basic understanding of Computer and Printer Hardware

•Troubleshooting and diagnostics

•Configuration and small repairs of hardware (various Workstation/printers mostly Dell//Brother/Xerox)

•Raspberry Pi configuration

3.Main Tasks :

•Helpdesk Support by phone email and web portal

•Software and Hardware Diagnostics and Troubleshooting

•Logging of the incidents

•Sharing knowledge with the rest of the team

•Network Monitoring, configuration and Troubleshooting

•Routers, Switches, Access Points, 3/4G

The Requirements

•Bachelor or Technician IT degree

•At least 2 years working in a similar position

•Excellent active English and Polish languages (Dutch, French Portuguese or Spanish is an asset)

•Great communication skills, polite and composed on the phone

•Flexible to travel to the UK and flexible regarding the working hours

•Organised with good time management skills

•Autonomous, pro-active, reliable and trust worthy

•Eager to learn and adaptive to change

•Not essential but beneficial : Driving License -B-
