Planning Program Administrator

The planner is responsible for the planning of the placement of new installations and give support for preparation of technical maintenance activities.

Missions

The key responsibilities are:

- To organize, coordinate and follow up the planning of placement of new installations
- Prepare and follow up of long-term planning
- Coordinate intervention in agreement with all parties
- Determine resources (people, material) taking into account forecasts
- Allocate resources (dispatch work between different technical centres)
- Coordinate pre-visits
- Plan and coordinate intervention taking into account the different parameters and constraints
(technical, customer needs, weather, ressources, cost,…)
- Communicate relevant information to different stakeholders at the different phases

- Geographical knowledge (trip optimization)

- Languages: Dutch and French
