As a part of Consulting, the Customer & Marketing portfolio focuses on enterprise wide digital transformations that start and end with our customer. Better known as Deloitte Digital, we use emergent technology to imagine, deliver, and run entirely new business futures. Our team connects our talents in strategy, design, innovation, and brand (Imagine) with data, insight, e-commerce, automation, and platform integration (Deliver) with marketing, advertising, content, and optimization (Run) to connect the business with its future in a way no traditional consultancy or agency can. Within the Customer & Marketing portfolio, we are organized in four teams: Customer Strategy & Applied Design, Marketing & Commerce, Digital Customer, and Digital Mix. 

Our Digital Mix team focuses on bringing full digital transformation to our family/privately driven clients and fast growing start-ups and scale-ups. We advise them on the best cloud solutions that suits their specific needs. We help them implement renewed business processes with these technologies from front-office to back-office, from marketing to financial reporting.

We are looking to strengthen the Digital Mix team with a CRM/Salesforce Digital Transformation Manager to help us further grow the business.
 
What impact will you make?
Working for Private clients, whether they are family businesses, fast growing scale-ups or private equity driven businesses, can be challenging as well as very rewarding. You build direct relationships with key decision takers and you can see and feel the impact of our projects immediately in a tangible way. As a manager in our team you will make an impact on:
  • Our clients, advising them on their digital transformation roadmap, from the initial ideas until go-live and value realization;
  • Key stakeholders at our clients, growing relationships with key decision takers and stakeholders of our clients (CEO, CFO, CIO…);
  • On project teams: making teamwork work while sharpening your communication, organization and social skills;
  • On our organization: acting as an entrepreneur and contributing in your own way to the growth of our business.


How will you make it happen?
What does this mean in practice? How will your work environment look like? How will you make things work?
  • You will work in a collaborative and creative environment, leading project teams of on average 3 to 5 people;
  • You will E2E manage and deliver digital transformation and CRM projects at clients, in an agile mode;
  • Projects will vary from strategic discoveries to full CRM implementations (with Salesforce as a key enabling eco-system);
  • You will be coached on your projects by more senior people with 10 to 25 years of experience;
  • You will deploy and grow both your functional and technical skills, advising clients on their future process design while guiding consultants to deliver high-quality cloud solutions;
  • You will be the spoc for certain clients;
  • You will put yourself in the shoes of our Private clients and empower them to rethink how they connect with their customers across every platform, every device and every step of the customer journey;
  • You will showcase a hands-on and pragmatic attitude to make ideas come to live in concrete solutions and cloud apps.
What will you bring?

  • At least 7 years of experience in a technical/functional role during multiple implementations projects;
  • A good knowledge of CRM processes and trends;
  • The ability to develop and manage project scopes, resources, timing and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Experience in developing and managing the relationship with the client and their stakeholders and performing risk management to minimize project risks;
  • Experience in working with cloud based CRM or ERP technologies such as Salesforce, or alternatively Microsoft or others is a plus;
  • Experience in working for family driven, private equity owned and/or scale-up organizations;
  • Knowledge of Agile and experience to act as Scrum Master can help us to jump-start your onboarding in projects;
  • Strong communication skills and you are a team player;
  • Outstanding analytical skills and you are intellectually curious.
  • Dutch or French
