We are looking to strengthen our Artificial Intelligence & Data team with a Manager with experience and passion to drive Financial Services clients forward and make an impact with data & AI. We expect the right candidate to manage our client projects from the inception phase to their final implementation and business adoption. You will be supporting our strategic goals and business development in Financial Services.

Our services to the Financial Services Industry in the domain of AI & Data is a strong growing business. The team has an ambitious growth plan and is looking for a new colleague to focus on:

Business development & sales:

o    Take on a leading role in growing Deloitte Artificial Intelligence & Data footprint in the banking and/or insurance and/or asset management sector.
o    Through a combination of your knowledge of and passion for the Financial Services Industry, combined with expertise in data and analytics, you will drive business development. This means you will have a responsibility in building offerings and point of views on AI in Financial Services, exploring business needs, defining project proposals and presenting them to client leadership. You will establish long term and trusted relationships with our clients.

Delivering AI & Data transformation projects at clients

o    Responsible for driving our projects for FSI clients to a success and delivering impactful strategies and transformation projects in a broad set of domains: establishing data & AI strategies and governance, data literacy and culture, building and managing data ecosystems, ensuring democratization of insights via business intelligence and visual dashboards for a broad set of stakeholders, improving data management, next-generation analytics and technologies, including the use of big data, cloud, and machine learning.

Team leadership

o    Contribute to coaching, attracting and retaining talent while clearly leading by example. As a manager in a fast-growing and diverse group of skilled people, you will support that we continue to develop the skills of younger colleagues on projects and internal initiatives.
o    You play an active role in the FSI community within Deloitte. With your passion for topics such as AI & data ethics, and purpose within Financial Services (positive impact on clients, society and people) you can inspire younger colleagues for the same topics.

Let’s talk about you

•    Minimum of 7 years’ experience, in FSI-related roles either in the industry itself or in consulting 
•    Specific experience in one or more domains described in the job offer
•    Good understanding what it takes to generate value with data and AI and solving the underlying challenges
•    Intrinsic motivation to know the business and keen interest in industry trends and market dynamics
•    Client-focused, entrepreneurial spirit, combine intellectual curiosity with creativity to turn bright ideas into brighter solutions
•    Flexible, able to work in a multicultural environment and to focus on priorities
•    Team player with strong communication skills
•    True willingness and ability to work as part of an integrated, enthusiastic and multi-disciplinary team
•    Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French, all three is a strong plus
