You will become part of the internal IT Team which, amongst other, maintains, operates, and builds the roadmap for all end-user devices.

We are looking for enthusiasts who are ready to innovate our existing infrastructure services, empower our internal departments to accelerate their demands and drive intrinsic business value all while providing world class operational support to our business stakeholders.

    Provide 3rd line support to internal customers and support our 2nd line team where needed; Work collaboratively within integrated, cross-functional teams; You arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house; Own and deliver respective deliverables;  You maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles; You take ownership of problems and are proactive when dealing with user issues; You follow up on incidents and changes with our vendors; As a subject matter expert, you support project teams with technical support.

Required Industry skills and experience:

Tech skills

    You are ITIL certified or have 3+ years of relevant experience with ITIL processes; You have experience in using an ITSM tool; ServiceNow is a plus;  You are an Expert in Windows Workstation (Windows 10, Windows 11, Modern Management); You have strong knowledge of Windows SCCM and Mobile Device Management (Intune);  You know your way around with managing AD Group Policies; You have good knowledge of Mac Management (JAMF); You understand the principles of Software and Application Packaging (AdminStudio).
Soft skills

    Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; Presenting and delivering presentations to stakeholders; Fluent in English and professional proficiency in Dutch or French; You have excellent communication skills; You are committed to quality and have a thorough approach to work; You take ownership.
