We are looking for a Senior Consultant to strengthen our team that focuses on the people side of analytics. As a senior consultant, you will be a close partner to our client’s chief data officers and analytics leaders, introducing them to and guiding them through a cultural transformation that promotes and facilitates data-driven decision making.

As a senior consultant you will:

    Evaluate and design processes to attract, retain, and promote technical data talent; Coach analytics teams on how to align their way of working with business objectives; Co-design the organizational structure of the data teams in (large scale) transformations (e.g., decentralized vs centralized structure, Center of Excellence); Shape, lead and execute data-literacy programs and activities such as facilitating workshops, conducting data-literacy scans, setting-up Analytics Academies; Ensure the client’s leadership is aligned and willing to be a true sponsor for the data-driven change; Become a trusted advisor for the client while advising them on best practices and market trends on the people side of analytics; Co-create with your client and project team state-of-the-art solutions to achieve sustainable change through all layers of the organization – from senior leadership to people on the floor; Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; Contribute to client proposals; Proactively carry out our ‘people side of analytics’ mindset to the market;
Your profile

    You have 4-6 years of experience in organizational transformation consulting, organization design, leadership alignment, stakeholder management, change management and project management OR have experience in creating and scaling analytics initiatives within analytics or digital transformations; You have experience in the world of management consulting and can handle ambiguity; You have a passion and a proven track record in guiding organizations through large-scale transformations and to achieve sustainable change; You have an affinity with data-driven decision making and the impact it has on today's way of working; You have a focus on creating user adoption when implementing analytics solutions; You have great problem solving skills and enjoy coming up with innovative and creative client solutions; You can easily build strong relations with (senior) clients and colleagues; You have excellent presentation and communication skills in English and French and/or Dutch
