As a Logistics Coordinator you will be together with your direct colleague responsible for ensuring that our stocks of our warehouses are optimized.

Description
As a Logistics Coordinator you will be together with your direct colleague responsible for ensuring that our stocks of our warehouses are optimized.
Tasks:
- Having the correct articles and number of articles in stock we can deliver our customers fast to have a high customer satisfaction.
- Having direct contact with customers, suppliers and internal customers belongs to the day to day business.
- Manage stock levels following business strategies and do stock level adjustments when needed
- Create and send orders to suppliers
- Follow-up suppliers on delivery status
- Anticipate and analyze shortages and take actions with suppliers
- Stock inventories & Postings
- Participate in meetings with suppliers, customers, procurement, finance and warehouse partners
- Detect and solve data quality issues
- Manage customers' requests on products delivery date / catalogs
- Treat and analyze claims
- Follows-up on urgent deliveries
- Assist customers into finding the right information
Profile
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator that :
- has a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or an equivalent experience of min. 3 year in this field
- is fluent in French & English, Dutch is a real plus
- has a good knowledge of SAP and PowerBI
- has strong communication skills, is accurate, a real teamplayer and proactive
