The Customer Service team lead is responsible for the effective and efficient running of the customer service process, in order to maximise customer satisfaction and achieve or exceed objectives.

Description

  • Participate in various (international) projects, mainly aimed at process improvement.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary projects, often in collaboration with sales and marketing, aimed at coordinating new trends and developments in the market.
  • Guiding, training and coaching the customer service employees.
  • Prepare and manage operational procedures and guidelines to achieve an efficient and accurate handling of customer services.
  • Drafting and following procedures in the field of complaint handling, returns and monitoring delivery times to optimise customer service.

Profile

  • Extensive knowledge of Customer Service and experience in implementing and applying relevant order management processes.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes within a warehouse environment; picking orders, entering orders and preparing them for shipment.
  • Good knowledge of SAP & Excel.
  • Able to work at an operational level in a matrix organisation.
  • Good command of the Dutch, English and French language in word and writing.
