As Social Media & Community Manager, you will :
- be in contact with the Account Managers to understand the objectives of the clients
- think about the best content strategy and plan your calendar to post the content accordingly
- create the content and show your creativity
- be the best community manager by entertaining and engaging the community online
- be the expert and you are aware of the last trends on the market
- keep a good tracking of your different actions and mesure the performance in order to present the results and make some recommandations if necessary
The successful Social Media & Community Manager :
- relevant previous experience in a similar role
- good writing skills both in French and Dutch
- Creative mindset
- Organized, proactive, stress resistant
- digital native and good understanding of the social media
- good knowledge of the planification and tracking tools
- analytical mindset to understand the performance and make recommandations
