- For our client, a multinational player in the Fashion/ sector and located in the heart of Brussels
Description
- Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience over the phone and/or written
- Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
- Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster
Brand loyalty - Follow the company's policies and procedures
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the Client Service
- Support of the Supervisors
- Client relationships
Profile
- German as mother tongue and an excellent command of English (oral and
written) - Previous experience in the Luxury Retail/Hospitality industry
- Quick learner, commercially driven
- Proactive, dynamic and positive mindset
