Group Controller EN (h-f-x)

For one of his client, Robert Half is currently looking for a Group Controller to support to the fast-growing business.

Our client, located in Brabant Wallon, is active in the medical sector.

Our client focuses on growth, innovation and high-quality services.

You will be in charge of 1 local controller and will report directly to the Group CFO.

You are responsible for consolidated and headquarter controlling + US subsidiary. Being the right hand of the CFO, you are responsible for the following activities :

• In charge of the budgeting and forecast preparation + monthly review
• Support the development of reporting tools + management consolidated reporting (KPI, Dashboard, …)
• In charge of the controlling from A to Z of the US company (to develop)
• Advisor for different Tax aspects and cash management
• Management of 1 local controller
• projects and ad hoc support to the CFO and the rest of the management team ;
• support the development of reporting tools and optimization of the ERP.

The required qualifications for this job are the following :

• you have a Master degree in Finance ;
• you have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in audit or mix audit / controlling ;
• you have worked with companies reporting to the US is considered as a very good asset
• you are fluent in English (French is an asset) ;
• you are : proactive team player, flexible, accurate, autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset ;
• you have excellent communication skills and business minded.
