Description

As HR Talent, you will be a key player in the internal HR team and you will directly report to the HR Director. Your daily tasks & responsibilities are the following :

• Ensure that the agency recruits and retains talented team members & colleagues
• Oversee & design recruitment strategies & processes
• Lead activities to attract new talents (participate to Recruitment Events such as Job Fairs, Networking Events, ...)
• Be the point of contact with other recruitment partners
• Introduce initiatives around Well-Being and ensure the Health & Safety compliance in the workplace
• Design policies to reinforce inclusion in the workplace
• Participation to various projects around D&I and Well-Being

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience/training
• Excellent written & spoken level of English and French
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources (with preferably a focus on recruitment)
• Experience with Sourcing & Recruitment Marketing tools
• Experience in international, high pace & professional services environment
• Excellent communication & people skills
• Solutions-oriented & high professionalism
• Ability to prioritise & to make quick appropriate and informed decisions
