Professional services team leader for Europe, interfacing between customers and implementation team to ensure projects are defined, planned, scheduled and managed to completion.

* Interface with customers, understand their requirements and convey the requirements to the team.
* Utilize quality assurance and quality control processes while supporting internal products
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation on all customer related issues & resolutions
* Ensure to establish timelines and priorities
* Implement and support in house products per customer requirements in a coordinated effort with the professional services team and the development team
* Ensure timely completion of projects and deployments for the region
* Manage the day-to-day consultants & engineers functions
* Ensure to hold and maintain a weekly team meetings to coordinate activities
* Lead, coordinate and train team members
* Report all team activities and requirements to the professional services management
* Provide recommendation on technology upgrades
* Support knowledge transfer between technical and non-technical resources
* Internal Partnering - The professional services regional manager will seamlessly partner with Sales, Product Development Management teams to coordinate the efforts of team members, including Technical Consultants as well service providers to support multiple projects.
* Planning - Responsible for the development of detailed project plans to assure activities are understood and commitment is gained to meet overall project objectives
* Project Management overall responsibility for project activities and the resources assigned to the project, Monitors and controls project delivery within determined budget and timeframes
* Process Improvement conforms to overall corporate methodology to ensure consistent approach to implementing and/or designing systems


* Minimum 10 years of work experience in implementations & project management of business solutions in AML and Payments
* Bachelor in computer science, information systems or project management

* Experience in project management, professional services and delivery of products and services within financial institutions
* Knowledge of development concepts, tools, and methodologies
* Knowledge & Understanding of Database management systems, networking, operating systems and web applications deployment
* General knowledge of finance, including ability to read and understand financial data such as product income statements, return on investment analysis, net present value analysis
* General knowledge of marketing, including market research, market sizing, pricing, and marketing communications
* Ability to understand, track, drill-down and question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based upon that data

* Fluent in English and French, another European language will be a plus
