Functieomschrijving
As a Payroll Officer/HR Admin you will work in a team with 3 other colleagues. Together you are responsible for the payroll activities and you provide first line HR support to all employees in Belgium.
The team works closely with the Business HR Partners who are situated at the different locations in Belgium.
More specifically, the Payroll Officer/HR Admin will:
- Maintain the vacation records and registration of absences in the HR database
- Respond to employees’ inquiries regarding payroll and provide first line HR support
- Carry out administrative duties related to employee benefit plans
- Provide general HR administrative support
- Manage and update HR files and employees’ data in the HR database and other corporate and local databases
- Handle the monthly payroll processing in compliance with local and external legislation and provide payroll instructions to external payroll agencies
- Analysis and review of the monthly payroll data
- Prepare and report HR data for internally and externally (local authorities, audits, salary surveys..)
Functie-eisen
Your Profile:
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR administration in an international environment
- Strong preference and big interest in payroll activities
- Excellent knowledge of social legislation
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English
- Good analytical skills, with an eye for details and accuracy
- Flexible and pro active
- Team player
- Customer service focus
- Hands-on mentality
