We are looking for: an after-sales technician at A1 or A2 electromechanical level or equivalent - traveling (Germany & Luxembourg) - DE / FR or EN.

This market-leading company has enjoyed strong growth since it was established 30 years ago. Nowadays, it works with over 80 collaborators and has an active presence in over 60 countries.

An innovative and unique company, Glutton puts its collaborators’ wellbeing right at the heart of its priorities. It is supported by an R&D department comprising around ten engineers who are fully dedicated to continuously improving Glutton’s solutions.

To strengthen its technical team, Glutton is looking to recruit a (m/f/x):

Travelling after-sales technician (DE / FR or ENG)

Role

You’ll work under the Technical & Training Manager, within a team of 9 travelling after-sales technicians. In this role, you’ll contribute towards fulfilling our service’s mission: ensuring our machines are always ready to clean your client’s towns and businesses. To do so, you’ll put our after-sales service policy into practice, working autonomously across your region (Germany and Luxembourg).

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

    You’ll respond to diagnostic and repair call-outs; You’ll put the after-sales service policy into practice on the site, making sure to keep up with your clients’ maintenance contracts; You’ll be in charge of managing your own stock and supply of kit; You’ll train clients on how to correctly use Glutton machines; You’ll take on a key role in improving and developing products, ensuring there’s a connection between user clients and your R&D colleagues; You’ll be the brand’s technical and commercial ambassador; You’ll work with a solid back office, which will assist you in managing your daily tasks.

Profile  

    You have technical training (in electromechanics, mechanics, automation...) You have successful, first-hand experience of providing technical support or after-sales services in the field. You have a solid understanding of mechanics, electricity and hydraulics. You appreciate customer contact and have good interpersonal skills. You can demonstrate responsiveness and reliability. You’re organised and have a sense of priority, and so are able to independently manage your own planning. You’re flexible and available to travel at a rate of 2 to 3 days per week. You’re dynamic, curious and motivated, with a continual desire to learn and develop. You speak fluent German and have at least a good command of French or English.
