Description
You are responsible for the team working at the cash desk
You are responsible for all transactions in the store
You are observant in order to avoid errors, holes in the cash register
You ensure that all payments are made reliably, efficiently and accurately
You ensure the correct opening and closing of the cash registers: check the update of the computer system of the cash registers at the opening, respect the opening/closing hours
You will work closely with the planning team in order to always have operational employees
You will have to determine the peak times and optimise the waiting time for customers
You will ensure that customers leave the store on a positive note
Profile
You are highly structured and comfortable in a supervisory role
You have extraordinary organisational skills
You are able to manage large teams
You have already worked in Retail as a Manager, Teamleader, Assistant Store Manager
You are stress resistant and open to criticism
You know how to appreciate the initiative of the team
You can communicate perfectly in English, Dutch and some French is a plus
