Our client is an important player in the event sector. they rent material so that every event is unique.

they are now looking for an internal account manager that can be the Contact Person of the different clients and can think pragmatically.

Description

What can you expect as Internal Account Manager:

  • Manage your Client portfolio
  • Manage Client calls, enter and follow up orders
  • Manage showroom visits, advice on staging
  • Handle disputes (late, loss and breakage, exceptional discount)
  • Develop customer loyalty, develop and advise a Client portfolio
  • Handle different projects to make sure the events goes to plan

Profile

  • You have a good knowledge of French knowledge of Dutch is a plus
  • You are commercially minded
  • You are rigorous and organized
  • You are reactive, dynamic and a good listener
  • You like to work in a team
  • You have a good resistance to stress
  • You are sensitive to the "event environment
