For our client who is active in the Health and Pharmaceutical sector located in Verviers
Description
For the function of Customer Service your main responsibilities are:
- Manage all customer inquiries and orders from A-Z
- Order intakes and confirmations in SAP
- Support of the Supervisors
- Managing relationships with logistics partners
- Client relationships
- Support technical questions from clients (product specifications,...)
Profile
- at least 3 years in the same role (Order to Cash)
- Fluent in English, Dutch or French, other languages are a plus
- You are flexible in terms of function
- You like to take initiatives
- Quick learner, commercially driven, results oriented
- MS Office, SAP is plus
