We are looking for a motivated, skilled candidate that is interested in learning and sharing it's knowledge.

Description

• You are in charge of transformation initiatives
• You are monitoring, following and report on your project portfolio :
• Project scope definition
• Budget definition
• Team coordination
• Define & monitor KPI
• Report to top management
• Manage impediments
• Facilitate the delivery
• You define and follow the change strategy plan (according to the ADKAR framework)
• Ensure that the transformation initiatives to which you contribute are hinged around our customers, brokers and employees, generate added value for the customer and accelerate simplification at all levels.
• Identify and optimise internal processes
• Help defining a proper internal change management framework

Profile

• A Master's degree
• You can speak English and Dutch and/or French
• 5 years of experience in project and change management
• Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment
• Knowledge of the ADKAR framework
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
