As sales representative, you will manage a portfolio of customers and handle order's follow-up from placement of the order in a database to it's invoicing.

Our client is an international company that develops and commercialises cures for specific diseases.
Description
Your main tasks will be :
- Managing e-mails and phone calls from your customers
- Do a daily follow-up of order's portfolio
- Processing of strategic orders and customers
- Stock Management
- Administrative transport management
- Management of customer complaints in conjunction with the Quality Department
- Management of disputes/ADS
Profile
The successful candidate must have :
- Excellent oral and written skills in both English and French (any other language is a plus)
- Proactiveness
- Strong organisational skills
- Autonomy
- Flexibility
- Taste for variety of tasks
