Description
As a Legal Personal Assistant:
- Agenda and travel Management
- Document management
- Time sheets
- Manage and process expenses
- Process long distance phone calls and conference calls
- Make new client/matter requests and keep records
- Prepare presentations using MS Office
- Organize and prepare meetings
- Organize seminars
- Classify and file documents
Profile
The successful Legal Personal Assistant:
- Proven experience as management assistant /legal assistant role in international law firm or similar environment
- Excellent command of English & French (written & spoken) both are a MUST have
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle stressful situations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent team player and able to work independently
