In order to strengthen its HR team for the Europe division, our client combines its reputation with the strengths of Proselect in its search for a :

CORPORATE SENIOR HRBP (M/F/X)

Mission : Involvement in all soft aspects of human resources !

This position will include :

HR Projects :
- drive multiple projects at organizational level but with very concrete finalities

HR Operations :
- deliver and coordinate all HR activities throughout the employee life-cycle : acquisition, talent management, training and development, compensation process,...

Strategy & Change management :
- Enabling and facilitating change
- Supporting the cultural change within the organization and at European and Group level

Budgets :
- Setting up and managing the budget for the Corporate functions both for Europe and at Group level and ensure stability and cost efficiency

Coaching :
- Acting as a coach for the leadership population - supporting them in their business objectives and in their development as company leaders
- Supporting them in their people management duties

HR Business Partnering :
- Supporting the Executive and senior staff in the realization of the business objectives and overall adoption of the company strategy
- Identification of problems, recommendation of solutions and implementation of organizational changes
- Prepare the future

Profile : Team spirit accustomed to international environment !

To successfully fulfill this position, we are looking for someone :

- with a Master's degree in law, human resources or business-related subjects or equivalent by experience ;
- with min 10 years' experience in a HR managerial level role ;
- with a strong experience and knowledge of a Corporate environment and matrix organizations ;
- with a fluent language in French and English ;
- with strong communication and negotiation skills ;
- oriented people, passionate, charismatic and sociable.
