Description
The Sales Manager will in in charge of the following responsibilities :
- Developing the company's sales and customer presence in the area of activity entrusted to him
- Promoting the company's image in the market, with a view to optimizing the profitability of the production tool
- Informing on market trends and needs
- Developing the turnover in the area of activity entrusted to him/her by managing the sales staff
- Motivating the staff under his/her responsibility
- Reporting to the General Manager, in particular informs him/her on a regular basis - at least every week - of his/her achievements in relation to the objectives, justifies any deviations and proposes corrective measures
- Analyzing sales results and takes the necessary measures to improve them in accordance with the sales policy defined by the Management
Profile
The successful Sales Manager has a Bachelor or Master and is fluent in French, English and Dutch
He/She has an excellent track record in Sales management prior to this role in a similar sector.
He/She has outstanding interpersonal skills and a natural leading style.
