As an Office Manager you will provide administrative assistance to a member of management in an autonomous manner in order to support him/her to contribute to the smooth running of the business.

Client Details

Our client in an European organisation located in the centre of Brussels. Offices are reachable by public transports.


As an Office Manager, you will :

  • Manage the schedule and organise the activities of the Executive in a confidential manner, prioritise and anticipate deadlines to ensure efficient planning of these activities.
  • Take minutes, prepare, adapt and follow up information in order to make it available and ensure quality for further use.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the member of management, ensuring communication with internal and external contacts and, as far as possible, providing them with an initial response with the aim of providing maximum support for the management in its day-to-day activities.
  • Organise meetings, travel, training and/or events in Belgium and abroad in order to effectively support the management.
  • Carry out delegated tasks to reduce the workload of the management and facilitate optimal functioning.
  • Handle confidential information and points of attention in order to create a comfortable and peaceful working situation for the management as a trusted person.
  • Facilitate and monitor administrative processes to achieve the predefined objective.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • A proven experience as an Office Manager in an European organisation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
