Account Receivable

As being part of the finance division, you will focus on data analysis, financial planning and reporting, and assisting as well as supporting the overall accounts receivable processes.

Description

• Create and update data entry of invoices transactions
• Financial administrative support in internal projects
• Keep records of invoices and payments
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Review and process reimbursements
• Report on financial projections

Profile

• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Proven work experience, minimum 2 years, as an Account Receivable, Finance Assistant, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with SAP would be considered a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions) would be viewed as a plus
• Fluency in both English & French
• Time management and organization skills
