Robert Half is currently looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist (m-f-x).

For our client, a fast-growing company based in Charleroi, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m-f-x) to join the international team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be doing the following tasks:

Your tasks will include:

• Provide the business with the highest quality talent
• Recruiting and sourcing
• Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle of positions at various levels
• Coach, challenge and advise hiring managers to inform and influence local and key hiring decisions
• Work close with the other members of the HR team
• Responsible for the candidate experience
• Bring innovative ideas
• Proactively build talent pools
• Collaborate with the other Talent Acquisition Specialists all over Europe to share best practices
• Manage talent across the group
• Employer branding
• Represent the company at industry events
• Participate to HR communication actions as Career Fairs, internal or external events, campaign etc.

The qualifications required for this job are as follows:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment
• You have experience in, or strong affinity with permanent recruitment
• You are eager to learn and grow into the HR team
• You have attention to detail, are proactive and communicative
• You are fluent in French and English. Any other language is a plus.
